Additional troubleshooting for the GS195LS with the Elderly Software

Error description

The incoming call is signaled audibly, but it is not shown on the display and you cannot answer it.


If you are using a device with Android 12, 13 or 14, please clear the phone app memory to fix this error. After that, the incoming calls should be displayed again.


If you are using a GS195LS with the Elderly software, please also check the notification settings of the phone app.

Steps to clear the phone app memory:

Android 12, 13 ,14
1. Open the settings.

2. Click "Apps & notifications“.


3. Open the app overview via the "See all apps" button.

4. Select the phone app.


5. Click "Storage and cache“.

6. Click "Clear Storage“.

7. Confirm with "Delete“.

Steps to check the notification settings of the phone app:

1. Click "More“

2. Click "Menu“

3. Click "System settings“
4. Confirm with "OK“5. Click "Apps & notifications"6. Click "See all apps“
